Family Wellbeing

Family wellbeing involves ensuring members are safe, healthy, and have access to resources for stability and growth, encompassing their material, relational, and subjective satisfaction. Key elements include strong social connections, a safe and stable home environment, financial stability, access to physical and mental healthcare, and enjoyable activities together. Families can enhance their well-being by maintaining the parent-child relationship, fostering open communication, practicing physical activity, managing stress, and connecting with their communities.

The Lifeway center Monitors

Our Providers

We are 3rd party neutral providers who monitor visits and ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children to assist in maintaining the parent-child relationship. We observe without judging, and document the activities of the visit for feedback to the court. Our goal is family unity.

Restoring Families

Family Guidance & Promoting Unity

A united family has a collective vision, and works together as a team toward shared goals, ultimately creating a sense of purpose.

United families are more resilient and better equipped to handle life's challenges.

Parent Support

Parent support refers to the various services, programs, and resources available to help parents with the challenges of raising children, including emotional support from other parents, assistance with child behavior problems, parenting education, and connections to essential social services for families.

Individual therapy services are available to address concerns such as discipline, communication, setting boundaries, and managing stress.

The LifeWay Center offers programs focused on improving child behavior, building family skills, and understanding the impacts of trauma.

Supervised Visitation

At The LifeWay Center, we believe that wellness is the key to a happy and healthy life.  In Texas, supervised visitation is a court-ordered arrangement where a neutral third party supervises interactions between a parent and their child to ensure the child's safety and well-being. This occurs when a judge determines it's in the child's best interest, often due to concerns like domestic violence, child neglect, or substance abuse by the parent. The supervisor can be a professional agency or a court-approved family member or friend. The goal is to maintain the parent-child relationship in a safe environment, with the possibility of transitioning to unsupervised visits if the parent demonstrates responsible behavior over time.
